After my team member sprayed the cabinets, we headed out to East Coast Granite to pick out counter tops. We decided to go with quartz because of its durability. We have two kids and the counters red juice spills among other things and we needed something NOT porous, but a hard stone that was attractive. This is the slab with the lay out…
After the quart was installed we wanted a clean look for the backsplash and the easiest and trendiest ways to do this with a timeless look is subway tile.
So, after a year of living in plain old mess, the kitchen is getting there. We are nowhere close to being done…….We added a light and a nice Kohler faucet. But this kitchen transformation was on a budget and as a designer and remodeler, I am here to work with any budget there is. Cabinets can by either VERY expensive, or you can get basic cabinets from Home Depot/Lowe’s and pain them white or gray and give your kitchen an updated look! I have contacts for either route you want to go!
Until next time friends!! Let me know if I can help with any of your design or renovation ideas!
Making all of your dreams come true!
