Front Porch Properties’ 2022 in Rearview

Front Porch Properties had an amazing 2022 in the Lowcountry. From staging homes, selling homes, finding homes for our buyers and opening Auden + Avery we managed to stay pretty busy; and that alone made the year a great success.

At Front Porch Properties SC we had the pleasure of working with many new, repeat and referral clients through the year. There is satisfaction in both helping a client purchase a new home as well as helping a client sell their home in Charleston, SC. Whether it was a local client starting a new stage in life (growing, downsizing or upgrading) or a client from out of town ready to make Charleston their new residence there is something so fulfilling about being a part of that journey to find the place they will call home. We also get a thrill out of selling homes. Surprising clients with the best offers and quick sell times that Front Porch Properties is known for gives us a rush that never gets old.

At Staging Charleston we had a record breaking year not only staging for our own Front Porch Properties SC clients but also for so many other real estate professionals in the greater Charleston areas. We staged our highest priced home EVER this year as well as made great strides in homes that were struggling on the market before being staged, often selling in record times post staging. We are grateful to our community relationships within the industry and beyond for keeping Staging Charleston hustling all year long!

2022 was the start of our third venture, Auden + Avery. Over the years our staging pieces have caught the eye of many clients, with most inquiring where they could get the pieces we used to stage- enter Auden + Avery. Auden + Avery brings you unique, quality rattan furniture for all rooms of your home, plus hand curated decor pieces, all at an affordable price. We have enjoyed expanding our creativity and design expertise through this new business. Each container we bring in offers new pieces and options for every style.

We’re not sure how 2023 can top this past year but we are amped up and ready to take on the housing market and everything that comes with it!
